How are samples sent and do you charge?
Stock models: 2–3 samples free of charge. For adaptation or custom moulds needing several rounds of 3D printed parts, a per-piece fee applies and is credited against the confirmed order.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Please note it in your enquiry; we can sign a mutual NDA before receiving designs or drawings, with an exclusivity clause for custom mould projects.
What payment and shipping terms do you support?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB Guangzhou/Nansha, CIF and DDP, and we can work with your nominated forwarder.
Can we visit the production site?
Welcome. Book at least 5 working days ahead; we will issue an invitation letter and provide licence documents, a self-assessment form and site photos for your own or a third-party pre-audit.
